Grand Rooms
The 198 Grand rooms are divided into 139 Grand King rooms and 59 Grand Twin rooms, situated on the second to 11th floor of the hotel. Each 44 square metre room feature a spacious area with a desk, comfortable chair, broadband Internet Access, IDD and two phone lines with voicemail, messaging system, and a fax/modem line. In addition, each Grand room benefits from a walk-in closet with ample luggage storage, interactive satellite television, individual lighting and air conditioning, in-room safe, hairdryer and mini bar with coffee and tea making facilities. All King and Twin marble bathrooms offer a separate WC, a full-size bath and walk-in shower, twin wash basins, heated mirrors, hairdryer, premier-quality bathrobes, and Italian guest amenities.

Creek Side Rooms
Creek Side rooms offer guests at Grand Hyatt Dubai breathtaking views of the historic Dubai Creek. These rooms are divided into 220 Creek Side King rooms and 63 Creek Side Twin rooms. Similar to the Grand Rooms, Creek Side rooms are 44 square metres and feature a spacious work area with a desk, comfortable chair, broadband internet access, IDD, two phone lines with voicemail, and a fax/modem line. In addition, each Creek Side room benefits from a walk-in closet, with ample luggage storage, interative satellite television, individual lighting and air conditioning, in-room safe, hair dryer, and mini bar with coffee and tea making facilities.

Grand Club Rooms
Situated between the 11th and 16th floor of Grand Hyatt Dubai are the hotel's Grand Club rooms which are divided into 45 Grand Club King Rooms, 16 Grand Club Twin Rooms, 55 Grand Club Creek Side King and 17 Grand Club Creek Side Twin. In addition to the features of the rooms, Grand Club rooms offer a choice of creek view or city view, luxury touches such as silk window drapes, daily fruit platters and luxury guest supplies. The working area is also equipped with a printer. All Grand Club room guests benefit from full access to the exclusive Grand Club lounge, located on the 14th floor which serves complimentary Continental buffet breakfast, coffee and soft drinks throughout the day, afternoon tea, an evening bar service with hot and cold canapés, one-hour complimentary use of the Grand Club board room. Guests staying in all Suites also have full access to the Grand Club Lounge and its facilities.

Grand Deluxe King
There are 18 Grand Deluxe King rooms all offering stunning views over the Creek. Covering 66 square metres of space, Grand Deluxe King rooms incorporate an entrance hall with a King Bedroom and living area in one large area. Classically designed with silk drapes and a seating area with sofa, chair and ottoman, Grand Deluxe King rooms also have ample space for extra beds. The deluxe room's walk-in closet cum dressing room features a clothes press and suit cover and doors to both the bedroom and the mosaic-adorned bathroom. The deluxe room is supplied daily with flowers and fruit and extra facilities in the work area include a printer and fax machine.

Grand Suites
For those guests wishing for a little extra space, 23 Grand Suites incorporate a guest cloakroom, king bedroom and separate living room decorated in luxury fabrics and soft neutral tones. Offering 88 square metres of space, Grand Suite guests all receive complimentary wine or date juice on arrival and daily fruit and flowers. The spacious bathroom features luxury supplies, a separate WC, and doors leading to both the walk-in closet cum dressing room and the king bedroom. Each Grand Suite has two phone lines and four phone extensions and its workspace area is equipped with both a printer and fax machine.

Emiri Suites
Grand Hyatt Dubai's ten Emiri Suites stretch over 132 square metres and each features an entrance hall, Living area, dining area, kitchenette and guest bathroom and King bedroom with en-suite bathroom. An in-suite kitchen features its own fridge, oven and cabinets filled with glassware and crockery and also has separate access to the hotel corridor allowing room service and deliveries to be discreetly made without disturbing guests. The Living room is decorated with comfortable chairs and sofas and the suite's entertainment centre is equipped with a DVD and CD player. The dining area is large enough for a sizable private dinner party and a spacious desk cum library area allows an extra degree of privacy whilst working.

Prince Suite
On floors 13 to 16, Grand Hyatt Dubai's seven Prince Suites are to be found, each stretching over 176 square metres of floor space. Each Prince Suite is placed between two of the towers which form Grand Hyatt Dubai and therefore offer dual views from both sides of the hotel: Creek and City skyline. A marble entrance hall leads to a guest bathroom and gracious living room with luxury furniture and unusual objet d'art. The dining area with its own bar leading to the suite's kitchen, has seating for eight. The King bedroom features a sumptuous canopied bed and chenille rugs and leads to a full dressing room. Royal Suites
On the 15th and 16th floor of Grand Hyatt Dubai, are the hotel's two Royal Suites. With breathtaking views of Dubai's historic creek, each suite covers 264 square metres of floor space and incorporates an imposing entrance area, two bedrooms and bathrooms, a large living room, a dining room with space to enable guests to host a sizeable private party or drinks reception, office cum library and a kitchen area. As befits their regal status, the suites' interiors have been painstakingly designed with crystal chandeliers, hand-crafted rugs, luxurious silk window treatments and one-off pieces of furniture.

Exclusive privileges Grand Club Lounge
The Grand Club lounge on the 14th floor offers a stunning panoramic view of Dubai's historical creek and city with an area of 385 square-metre and a total seating capacity of 92 persons. It is also divided into smoking & non-smoking areas. Guests can enjoy complimentary breakfast and evening cocktails with hors d'oeuvres.
Tea, coffee and soft drinks are offered throughout the day with assorted cheese and bread. A large selection of reading material and two flat-screen televisions are available. A separate family lounge is also available to cater for children with board games and a television to keep them entertained. This 132 square-metre lounge can seat a total of 34 persons.
