The unique Brasserie in Zurich. Some of our "Ratatouille" specialities include: Daily fresh fish, our well known "Brasserie dishes" or sliced veal Zurich style with hash brown potatoes "Rösti". From 5.30 a.m. we serve our famous breakfast buffet including smoked salmon. At Lunch time you can choose from our Hors-d'oeuvre buffet or from our menu card.
