The Dolder Grand Hotel Zurich is located just outside Zurich's vibrant town centre up on a wooded hillside overlooking both Zurich and the lake. From the hotel, only 5 minutes walk to nearest bus stop, 3 km to the city centre, 5 km to the nearest fair site (MESSE ZURICH) and 13 km to the nearest airport (ZRH). The Dolder Grand Zurich was built at the turn of the century and is an imposing landmark in the city. Set within its own park in a residential area, it is the only hotel in the city limits with its own golf course. Being only six to ten minutes from downtown, it is very much a city hotel, but has a relaxed resort atmosphere. During the summer, guests enjoy swimming, golf, tennis and scenic jogging. In winter, there's ice-skating and the European sport known as curling. All rooms are decorated in a warm, traditional style and complete with all up-to-date amenities and comforts to ensure a memorable stay.
