With its location right in the city centre, the Le Meridien Parkhotel Frankfurt is, however, beautifully and quietly located at a tranquil and green square - 'Wiesenhuettenplatz' within walking distance to the main railway station and a 15 minutes taxi drive from the airport. The Le Meridien Parkhotel Frankfurt is just a short stroll away from the downtown shopping centres and the 'Zeil' shopping pedestrian zone, the Frankfurt Opera House, the 'Roemer' the historic city hall -, the 'Goethehaus' birthplace of Germany's most famous poet -, and the river Main with its famous 'Museum Ufer' like a string of pearls, eight outstanding city museums line the banks of the river.

ACCOMMODATION: The Parkhotel started life as a historic palace, built in 1905. A new wing was built in 1970 and all rooms were refurbished in 1996. Now completely renovated, Le Meridien offers luxury and privileged services and amenities in the Executive rooms.

All bedrooms have air conditioning, direct dial telephone with voicemail function, fax and modem connection, a minibar, smoke detectors and sprinklers, soundproof windows, a trouser press, hairdryer, radio and a colour television with satellite and movie channels, pay-per-view, in-house message system, hotel and city info-channels and bill reviewing. All rooms have an en suite bathroom with shower or bath, washbasin and toilet.

HOTEL FACILITIES & SERVICES: Thirteen conference rooms, some with adjoining doors, for 2 to 260 people, accommodate all types of conferences, meetings, seminars, workshops and product launches. All rooms have natural daylight, modern technical equipment and modem ports. The renowned restaurant, La Truffe, where Paul Bocuse, the famous chef, made one of his first presentations in Germany, is now exclusively used for banqueting events.
