RESTAURANT: The Westminster Hotel has its own collection of famous paintings and features a terrace overlooking the sea with a bar and restaurant.

Under the supervision of Chef David Briggs, Mediterranean cuisine is served in the newly refurbished Le Farniente restaurant. Guests may also consume their meals on the seafront terrace, an area outside the hotel overlooking the Promenade and the beach. Buffet breakfast is served in one of the halls.
