RESTAURANT: A typically Parisian Brasserie....and confirming its place as such. Open at any time from lunch to midnight. Large servings, fresh seafood platters, and traditional French food. Full of activity the brasserie is pratically boiling.

In summertime the brasserie proposes a flowery terrace with a view of the Palais Royal and in winter time a warm surrounding. In sharp contrast with the cosy, elegant peaceful atmosphere of the hotel, the restaurant offers a lively French touch. A healthy, natural, typical and unique cuisine.

A Privileged Area in the Heart of the Hotel. The bar is a privileged area which one can enjoy at any hour of the day. A place to discover for a quick lunch, at tea time or simply, to enjoy a cigar or have a drink. An elegant, cosy decoration where one is overwhelmed from the atmosphere of well being.

FACILIITIES: Seven small private salons allow the organisation of cocktail parties, lunches, dinners or seminars, on the second floor. All with daylight, one will find the okra yellow and red colours, just as in the public areas of the hotel.

At the ground floor, the Rohan salon is dazzingly beautiful with its rich decorations, from its original hand painted panoramic wall papers, signed Zuber from the Eldorado, and its lively angels on a red okraceiling.
