RESTAURANT & BAR: FREDERIKS Bar & Restaurant opened on 1 July 2000. The classic Victorian English style with dark panelling and Chesterfield furniture is a superbly elegant contrast to the bright and airy atmosphere of the rest of the restaurant.

The cuisine is international with emphasis on modern French cuisine. The head chef is adamant in his emphasis on fresh seasonal produce.
