ACCOMMODATION : Open plan living and dining area - The living/dining area incorporates the old style of the Cypriot Farmhouse with wooden beams and a stone working fireplace tastefully furnished in a comfortable modern way. Winter Guests can enjoy log fires and central heating.

Downstairs Cloakroom - Kitchen - The kitchen is modern and well equipped with granite worktops, electric hob and oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and iron/ironing board.
Bedrooms - The master bedroom is a double room located on the first floor with an ensuite bathroom including a double vanity unit, bath and walk-in shower. It also has a lovely balcony with seating and beautiful panoramic views.
Bedroom 2 is a twin room on the ground floor with an ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower.
Bedroom 3 can be either a double or a twin room and also has an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. This bedroom looks out onto the infinity pool.

Services : Welcome pack on arrival consisting of basic groceries. Guests may also make a special order for provisions not included in the standard welcome pack. These items will be charged at cost and a delivery charge added all to be paid locally.

Linen - All bed linen and towels including pool/beach towels are provided. The villa will be thoroughly cleaned before each arrival. Guests on a 14 day holiday will have a mid stay clean including a change of linen and towels For guests requiring a daily maid service separate arrangements can be made at an extra charge.

Information folder - Information folder in villa includes Maps. Local information, various tourist information leaflets and 'what's on'.

Airport Transfers - Upon request in advance we can arrange for taxi transfers to and from Paphos airport. Prices upon request.

Car Hire - Car hire can be arranged using a reputable company with competitive prices. Bookings can be taken in advance for collection and /or delivery at Paphos airport or the villa.

UK Flights - We can help with flight schedules and bookings information upon request.

Pool and Patio Area - The 10 metre infinity pool with a water feature is surrounded by a paved patio area which is furnished with teak furniture for comfortable sunbathing and al-fresco dining under the oak pergola.

As with the rest of the property the pool and patio area have beautiful views of the sea and surrounding countryside.
